3. Watermelon Margarita

- 60 ml tequila
- 30 ml lime juice
- 30 ml melon syrup
- 1 cup chopped melon

- 10 mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons sugar syrup
- 120 ml apple juice

- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- 120 ml lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar

Method: Blend the blueberries, lemon juice and sugar in a blender. Strain, add water to taste, ice and mix well.
6. Raspberry Lime Rickey
Refreshing with a slightly sour taste.
- 60 ml gin
- 30 ml lime juice
- 2 tablespoons raspberry syrup
- Soda water
- Ice
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Preparation: Mix the gin, lime juice, and raspberry syrup with ice in a shaker. Top with soda water and garnish with raspberries.
7. Ginger Peach Cooler

- 2 peaches
- 1 inch of ginger
- 1 lime
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 500 ml of water

- 90 ml prosecco
