Cocktails

A cocktail is a beverage created by mixing several alcoholic or non-alcoholic ingredients. Bartenders who mix cocktails often perform acrobatics with glasses, bottles, spoons filled with fruit or ice, and other ingredients. A shaker is used to mix cocktails, which is usually a metal container the size of a glass, into which the ingredients are poured, the shaker is capped with a glass, and the mixture is shaken to combine. The cocktail is then poured from the shaker into a glass.
